Jasminka with Vuglec & Bodren
Traditional method sparkling wine made from 50% Chardonnay grapes, and the rest from Welschriesling, Riesling and Sylvaner. Aged on the lees for approximately 4 years.
The addition of Bodren icewine as liqueur d’expédition, gives this sparkling wine a unique character of honeyed and botrytis notes.
Distinctively yellow in colour with a hue of amber, perfectly clear, with numerous tiny bubbles showing its sparkle.
On the nose, recognisable aromas of dried fruit, figs and dates. Full and long-lasting flavours. Acidity is balanced with sweetness that instigates pleasure and asks for another sip.
Ideal for every occasion, pairs well with rich desserts.
